Timothy M. Coleman,
Founder, President and Managing Partner, CPA, CVA
Tim has been in public accounting since 1988 and established this firm in 2008. He specializes in auditing, tax, business, personal and estate planning. Tim leverages tax strategies to promote business and personal tax planning to help his clients achieve their goals. He enjoys working with clients to help them maximize their profits. Tim is able to balance all his talents to help each client with whatever issue they may have. Tim graduated from Clarkson University in 1989 with a degree in Accounting. Soon after that, he became a Certified Public Accountant.
Cindy Goodgame Coleman,
Vice-President and Managing Partner
Cindy graduated in 1999 from Jacksonville State University with a degree in Accounting and a minor in English. After six years working at large public companies as staff accountant, Cindy worked with a local firm for just under 5 years beginning as an Audit Junior and quickly moving up to Audit Manager. In 2008, Tim and Cindy opened Coleman and Associates, CPA Firm. A wonderful place to work and truly a blessing from God. In 2007, Cindy was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. She has completed her treatments and has made a full recovery. Cindy's specialty is helping small business with a wide range of consulting, planning, accounting, auditing and QuickBooks issues. Cindy has set for two parts of the CPA exam and should have her license by next spring.
