Thank you for taking the time to drop by and learn about our firm. Coleman and Associates CPA Firm was founded in 2008 by a married couple, Tim and Cindy Coleman. We both have been working in the accounting field since graduating college (for Tim in 1988 and Cindy in 1999).

We offer a wide range of financial services to both individuals and business clients. We use top of the line software and we stay up to date on the latest law changes to ensure that our clients get the best professional service. We want to build long lasting relationships with all of our clients. If you have a question, a problem we want you to feel like we are always available to help. We enjoy helping other individuals, families and businesses of all types with all of their financial needs with fair pricing. Our primary concern is your satisfaction with all of the services we provide. We can relate with the individual who just received an IRS notice and we understand the frustration and stress of running a business. We strive to make that frustration go away by getting to know you so that we can give you the best insight, ideas and solutions to obtain the best outcome for you. We are proud members of Florida's Clay County Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Orange Park Sunrise. We are both huge animal lovers and Cindy (having breast cancer at 34) is now an 8 year breast cancer survivor.
